Messaging Platform Terms
Last updated: 01/07/2026
These Terms govern the use of Wildora's Messaging Platform, which integrates clinics, medical practices and real estate agencies with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. By connecting a number, the contracting organization accepts these conditions.
1. What the platform does
Wildora acts as a technology provider to Meta. The organization connects its own WhatsApp Business number and, from then on, sends and receives messages through our panel: text conversations, approved templates for notices, appointment reminders and, when enabled, replies drafted by an artificial intelligence assistant.
2. The number belongs to the organization
The WhatsApp Business account and the number belong to the contracting organization, not to Wildora. It may disconnect them at any time from the panel, and disconnection returns full control without depending on us.
3. Meta rules that apply here
The organization undertakes to comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business and Commerce policies. In particular: only start a conversation with someone who consented to be contacted; use an approved template outside the 24-hour window since the person's last message; honour opt-out requests; and never send content prohibited by Meta's policies. Non-compliance may lead Meta to suspend the number, a decision that is theirs and not ours.
4. Consent is the contracting party's responsibility
It is up to the organization to obtain and evidence consent from the people it will contact, stating clearly that they will receive WhatsApp messages and for what purpose. Wildora provides the tool and records opt-outs; it does not replace the duty to obtain consent.
5. Clinical content and professional responsibility
In healthcare products, the platform carries administrative notices and access links. It does not replace medical assessment, is not an emergency channel and must not be used for clinical decisions by message. Responsibility for care remains entirely with the professional and the institution.
6. Artificial intelligence assistant
When the organization enables the assistant, conversation content is sent to an AI provider to draft replies or summaries. The organization decides whether to enable it and answers for what is sent on its behalf. Wildora keeps a global switch that can halt the feature across the platform when there is risk.
7. Availability and limits
Message delivery depends on Meta's infrastructure and on carriers, outside our control. We do not guarantee delivery, timing or reading. Failures reported by Meta are recorded and shown in the panel so the organization can act.
8. Termination
The organization may stop using the service at any time by disconnecting the number from the panel. Requests to erase message data should be sent to contato@wildora.digital.
