Messaging Platform Privacy

Last updated: 01/07/2026

This Policy describes how Wildora handles messages and personal data on its Messaging Platform, which connects clinics, medical practices and real estate agencies to their patients and clients through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. It differs from our website policy: the subject here is the message that travels on behalf of one of our clients.

1. Roles

The organization that hires Wildora decides whom to contact, what to say and why: it is the controller of its patients' and clients' data. Wildora operates the platform on its behalf. In two decisions, however, Wildora determines the purpose and answers as a controller: the choice of artificial intelligence providers that process conversation content when the feature is enabled, and the operation of a global switch that halts automated sending across the platform.

2. What data flows through the platform

Phone number and WhatsApp profile name of the person writing; the full content of received messages as delivered by Meta, including text, captions, media identifiers, location and button replies; text sent by the organization or generated by an AI assistant when enabled; the name of the message template used and its variables, which may contain a person's name, the date and time of an appointment and access links; identifiers Meta assigns to each message; sent, delivered and read receipts with timestamps; and the failure reason Meta reports when a delivery does not happen.

3. Link to records and health data

In healthcare products, a WhatsApp conversation may be associated with the patient's record at the organization. That association, together with appointment reminders, reveals the existence of a relationship between the person and a healthcare professional, even though no message contains a diagnosis. We treat this as sensitive personal data under article 11 of Brazilian Law 13.709/2018, kept separate per organization, in databases split by classification, with no organization able to reach another's data.

4. Who we share with

Meta Platforms, because it is the party that delivers the message: it receives the recipient's phone number, the text and template variables. An artificial intelligence provider, when the organization enables the assistant: it receives conversation content to draft a reply or a summary. Cloud infrastructure providers hosting the application and the database. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

5. How long we keep it

Today messages and conversations are retained while the organization keeps its account, with no automatic purge, because they form the service history the organization needs to consult. We are implementing retention periods configurable per organization. In the meantime, anyone may request deletion of their messages through the contact channel below, and the contracting organization may request erasure of the whole set when the contract ends.

6. How to stop receiving

Reply SAIR, PARAR or STOP to any message from us. The number is recorded and stops receiving automated messages from that organization, immediately and without depending on a human agent.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, portability, information about sharing, or deletion of your data. Write to contato@wildora.digital and we forward the request to the responsible organization when it depends on them, following through to the answer.
